This past week was full of meetings at work so I decided to do something much more understated than my usual designs. I also had been wanting to try this design for quite a while but I think it looks much better on short, square nails. As luck would have it, I filed my nails down quite a lot last week so the timing worked out perfectly!
Today’s Super Simple Saturday post is: Neon French tips
I love this funky twist on a classic look. It is perfect if you love both colour and simple design and I found tons of great outfit combinations in my wardrobe to go with it.
Today’s design tutorial is in the form of a video… made out of photos. You can find a full list of polishes used later on in this post. Without further ado, here’s how I made this design:
For this manicure I used:
- Zoya ‘Anchor’ Base Coat
- Zoya ‘Farah’ Main Colour
- Zoya ‘Lola’ French Colour 1
- China Glaze ‘Aquadelic’ French Colour 2
- Essie ‘good to go’ Before applying tape and also as top coat
- Nail striping tape
Give this design a try with your favourite neons and have some fun with it! Thanks for reading!
